विश्व पुस्तक एवं कॉपीराइट दिवस (23 अप्रैल) के अवसर पर पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन

विश्व पुस्तक एवं कॉपीराइट दिवस (23 अप्रैल) के उपलक्ष्य में पीएम श्री केंद्रीय विद्यालय क्रमांक 1, हरनी, बड़ौदा में ज्ञानवर्धक पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन प्राचार्य श्री एल. आर. थाकन द्वारा  गया।

इस अवसर पर प्राचार्य महोदय ने छात्रों को पुस्तकों के महत्व, पठन संस्कृति के विकास तथा ज्ञानवृद्धि में पुस्तकों की भूमिका के विषय में विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को नियमित रूप से अध्ययन करने तथा पुस्तकालय संसाधनों का अधिकाधिक उपयोग करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

उक्त पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन विद्यालय की पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष श्रीमती रसना अग्रवाल के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में किया गया। इस प्रदर्शनी का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को पुस्तकालय में उपलब्ध विविध पुस्तकों से परिचित कराना तथा उनमें पठन के प्रति रुचि विकसित करना था, ताकि वे पुस्तकालय संसाधनों का समुचित एवं अधिकतम लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें।

पी एम श्री केन्द्रीय विद्यालय क्रमांक -1 हरनी बडौदा में वर्ष भर  प्रमोशन सप्ताह -1,2, एवं 3 का आयोजन किया गया।वर्षभर छात्रों ने रीडिंग प्रमोशन सप्ताह के अंतर्गत विभिन्न गतिविधियों में भाग लिया।हर कक्षा से प्रथम द्वितीय तृतीय आने वाले विद्यार्थियों को प्राचार्य श्री एल आर थाकन द्वारा पुरुस्कृत किया गया एवं आशीर्वाद दिया गया।कुल 149 छात्रों को प्राचार्य द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया। 

इसके अलावा छात्राओं के द्वारा मंच पर  प्रार्थना सभा के दौरान एक नाट्य प्रस्तुति भी दी गई। जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य सभी छात्रों मे पढ़ाई के प्रति रुचि जागृत करना था।

प्राचार्य द्वारा मंच से छात्रों की प्रशंसा की साथ  ही छात्रों के उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए उन्हें बधाई भी दी गई।

 International Children’s Book Day Celebration – Library Activity

On the occasion of International Children’s Book Day, celebrated on 2nd April, a creative and engaging activity on Library Notebook Decoration was organized for students in the school library.

The activity aimed to encourage students to develop an interest in reading, creativity, and effective presentation of their library work. Students enthusiastically participated and showcased their artistic skills by beautifully decorating their library notebooks with colorful designs, thoughtful quotes, and illustrations related to books and reading.

The library environment was filled with excitement and creativity as students expressed their love for books through their unique ideas. This activity not only enhanced their aesthetic sense but also motivated them to maintain their library notebooks neatly and take pride in their work.

Such initiatives play a significant role in promoting reading habits and nurturing imagination among young learners. The efforts and creativity displayed by the students were truly commendable.

अप्रैल महीने के प्रथम सप्ताह में पीएम श्री केंद्रीय विद्यालय क्रमांक-1 हरनी रोड बड़ौदा में पुस्तक उपहार दिवस का आयोजन किया जिसमें छात्रों ने अपने दोस्तों को पुरानी किताबें साझा कीं। प्राचार्य श्री एल आर थाकन द्वारा मंच से छात्रों का उत्साहवर्धन किया गया

On the day of their first visit to the library, an orientation session was conducted for Class VI students by the librarian, Ms. Rasna Agarwal. The objective of this session was to familiarize the students with the library's rules, available resources, and the proper usage of books and facilities. The students were guided on how to locate books, maintain discipline within the library, and cultivate good reading habits. This orientation session helped encourage the students to utilize the library effectively.

*~पुस्तकोपहार - उत्सव*~

प्यारे बच्चों जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि केन्द्रीय विद्यालय प्रति वर्ष नये सत्र की शुरुआत में *पुस्तक* *उपहार* *उत्सव* मनाता है। इस उत्सव में छात्र-छात्राएं पिछली कक्षा की किताबों को विद्यालय पुस्तकालय में जमा करते हैं और अगर अगली कक्षा की पुस्तक उपलब्ध हो तो पुस्तकें प्राप्त करते हैं। केन्द्रीय विद्यालय की पुस्तकोंपहार योजना निशुल्क है जिसका उद्देश्य अधिक से अधिक पेड़ों को कटने से बचाना है, क्योंकि कागज पेड़ों से ही बनते हैं। एक पेड़ से *16.67* कागज के रीम बनते हैं और एक रीम में *500 sheets* होते हैं, तो एक पेड़ से *16.67×500=8335 sheets* कागज बनता हैं।यदि आप सब इस पुस्तक उपहार योजना/उत्सव में पुरानी कक्षा की पुस्तकों को दान करके और अगली कक्षा की पुस्तकें प्राप्त करके भाग लेते हैं, तो जाने-अनजाने में कितने *पेड़ों को* *कटने से बचा सकते हैं।* ज़रा सोचिए। 

प्यारे बच्चों केंद्रीय विद्यालय के इस पुस्तक उपहार उत्सव में आप बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा ले औऱ सैंकड़ों पेड़ों को कटने से बचायें।

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

 Republic Day Celebration at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Harni Road, Baroda

PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Harni Road, Baroda celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on 26th January. The celebration was marked by dignity, discipline and a strong sense of national pride.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Shri L. R. Thakan. He graced the event and inspired the students with his motivating words. The programme commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag followed by the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with patriotism.

Students actively participated in the cultural programme and presented vibrant performances including patriotic songs and dances. Their performances reflected love and respect for the nation and were highly appreciated by everyone present.

The celebration concluded with the distribution of sweets among students and staff members, spreading joy and togetherness.

The programme was a grand success and reminded everyone of the importance of our Constitution and the responsibilities of being proud citizens of India.

READING PROMOTION WEEK-3 CELEBRATION

 Reading Promotion Week is celebrated to inspire students to develop a love for reading and to understand the importance of books in our lives. During this week, various activities such as book fairs, storytelling sessions, reading competitions, author visits, and library exhibitions are organized.

The main aim of Reading Promotion Week is to build reading habits, enhance imagination, improve language skills, and create awareness about the joy and benefits of reading. It helps students explore new ideas, gain knowledge, and develop critical thinking.

Books are our best friends — they guide, teach, and entertain us. Through this celebration, students are encouraged to make reading a part of their daily life and to share the joy of reading with others.

FROM /10/2025 to 30/10/2025,reading promotion week is organised in PM SHRI KV NO.1 HARNI ROAD BARODA.

प्रातःकालीन सभा में कक्षा 1 के विद्यार्थियों की काव्य प्रस्तुति

 

विद्यालय की प्रातःकालीन सभा के दौरान कक्षा -1 के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा मंच पर एक सुंदर एवं प्रभावशाली कविता पाठ प्रस्तुत किया गया। नन्हे विद्यार्थियों ने आत्मविश्वास और स्पष्ट उच्चारण के साथ कविता सुनाकर सभी को अत्यंत प्रभावित किया।

उनकी भावपूर्ण प्रस्तुति ने सभा के वातावरण को आनंदमय एवं प्रेरणादायक बना दिया। यह गतिविधि विद्यार्थियों के आत्मविश्वास, भाषा कौशल एवं मंच प्रदर्शन क्षमता के विकास का उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण रही। उपस्थित शिक्षकगण एवं छात्र-छात्राओं ने बच्चों के प्रयासों की सराहना की।
